2. Trademarks & Trade Dress

The brand name "Apzora", along with all associated custom graphics, logos, page headers, button icons, product names, service scripts, and packaging trade dress, are registered and unregistered trademarks of Apzora in India and other jurisdictions.

No Authorization: Nothing contained on this website should be construed as granting, by implication, estoppel, or otherwise, any license or right to use any trademark, logo, or brand asset displayed on the platform without the written authorization of Apzora.
Prohibited Use: Apzora’s trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service that does not originate from Apzora, in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among customers, or in any manner that disparages, dilutes, or discredits Apzora.

3. Strict Prohibition on Data Scraping & Image Theft

Apzora invests heavily in custom product photography, laboratory testing, and technical documentation (such as Certificates of Analysis, Material Safety Data Sheets, and Technical Data Sheets).

Zero Tolerance for E-Commerce Scraping: You are strictly prohibited from using automated scripts, web scrapers, bots, spiders, or manual extraction methods to harvest product images, pricing data, or text descriptions for use on third-party e-commerce marketplaces (including, but not limited to, Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, IndiaMART, or independent Shopify stores).
Technical Documents: All downloadable technical sheets (COA/MSDS/TDS) are provided exclusively for the verification and safety compliance of our registered buyers. Unauthorized public redistribution or alteration of these legal documents is a violation of intellectual property and chemical compliance laws.

4. Scope of Purchase & Raw Material Resale Rights

When you purchase cosmetic raw materials, essential oils, or waxes from Apzora, you are purchasing the physical chemical ingredients only. The intellectual property rights remain 100% with Apzora.

5. User-Generated Content & Feedback License

If you submit product reviews, testimonials, photographs of finished products, formulation feedback, or general suggestions to Apzora (via our website, email, or social media channels), you legally grant Apzora a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content across any marketing or commercial media without compensation or attribution to you.

6. Legal Enforcement & Jurisdiction

Apzora actively monitors the digital marketplace for copyright infringement, trademark dilution, and unauthorized brand usage. We reserve the right to initiate immediate legal proceedings, including issuing formal Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) takedown notices, seeking preliminary injunctions, and claiming monetary damages against any individual or business entity found violating our intellectual property rights.

This Legal Notice and all matters regarding the intellectual property of Apzora shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal action, dispute, or proceeding arising out of or relating to the enforcement of these rights shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent civil courts and tribunals located in Surat, Gujarat, India.
